Bubble Rush 2018

The Bubble Rush is a family friendly sponsored 5k run to aid Bolton Hospice. The course starts in a sea of bubbles and features four Bubble Stations along the route where cannons pump out coloured foam to create a 4ft deep bubble bath. Every course is family friendly, so you can run, jog, walk, dance or toddle through the foam.

Doctor Kershaw's Hospice Colour Blast

Breast Cancer Family History Study Day

Manchester University NHS Foundation Trust is teaming up with Prevent Breast Cancer to bring you the Breast Cancer Family History Study Day 2018.

This informative event will explore topics such as gene testing, medical and surgical preventative strategies and family history MDT. It promises to be an informative day packed full of interesting talks featuring multiple perspectives including medical, surgical, outcome and lifestyle, making it suitable for a range of healthcare professionals. This full day event will include a hot lunch and refreshments.

Parade in the Park

A sister event to the Manchester Midnight Walk, Parade in the Park is open to children of all ages to allow them to remember someone special and raise money for St Ann’s Hospice. It’s the perfect activity to get those little feet outdoors and active, as well as having lots of fun!

Children are invited to put their best foot forward and take part in the 1km sponsored walk, with music and entertainment, game and activities – and plenty of surprises along the way!

The Big Bolton Ball

Bolton Hospice and Bolton Lads & Girls Club are joining forces to hold a very special event this autumn! The Big Bolton Ball will take place in the Premier Suite at the Bolton Whites Hotel.

This is the first event of its kind, where the two biggest charities in Bolton are working together to help local people. The event will include fabulous food, entertainment and an ‘Auction of Promises’.

Tough 10 Manchester

Christmas Celebration 2018

Taking place again at Manchester Cathedral, this Prevent Breast Cancer event will once again provide guaranteed entertainment for all the family and get everyone into the Christmas Spirit, while raising crucial funds for the charity.

They started last year’s with a musical nativity play performed by local kids and followed this with choirs belting out Christmas classics alongside songs spanning every genre you can think of. Everyone said they couldn’t resist joining in!

The event will feature a festive market place where you can pick up some unique Christmas gifts as well as enjoy a mulled wine and some festive food delights.
